Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Support SAP TMS Lead in managing end-to-end inbound/outbound goods flow and integration between SAP TMS and SAP ECC including Freight Audit and Pay, Master Data, and Reporting.
Deliver SAP TMS projects and services to meet business SLAs; handle configuration, functional specifications, unit testing, and collaborate with development and integration teams.
Design and validate charge calculations, settlement flows, tax/compliance, and finance integration ensuring alignment with controlling structure and financial closing timelines.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
4–6 years of hands-on SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and logistics execution processes.
Hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight order management, carrier management, freight costing, freight settlement, and SAP TM integration with SAP S/4HANA/EWM.
Work Experience Required: 4–6 years of SAP TM relevant experience. Location: Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering end-to-end SAP TM implementations, enhancements, and support projects using SAP best practices and Activate methodology.
Skilled in stakeholder management and working in global, cross-functional project environments.
Technical operator comfortable bridging SAP TM with finance (FI/CO) for freight settlement and compliance processes.
