Manage entire organizational AI technology estate including platform administration, licensing, usage monitoring, and governance.
Optimize AI licensing allocation and cost control, including building dashboards and reports on AI adoption, spend, and ROI for leadership.
Ensure AI platform security, compliance, proper integrations (SSO, SCIM), and act as primary contact for troubleshooting and vendor support.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT administration, systems/platform management, or similar technical operations.
Hands-on experience managing SaaS platform administration including user provisioning, licensing, and SSO/SCIM configuration; experience with AI platforms preferred (e.g., Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot).
Strong analytical skills with experience in usage/cost reporting and dashboard creation using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
