Monitor and analyze privileged account activities within the Synchrony environment to identify and address security gaps.
Develop and present dashboards and metrics to IT leadership for privileged access monitoring results.
Investigate HPA alerts, perform root cause analysis, track corrective actions, maintain documentation, and conduct certifications for HPA users.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant IT work experience, or up to 7 years without a degree.
2 to 5 years of experience using Splunk.
Minimum 3 years of combined successful work experience in system development.
Work hours: Availability between 06:00 AM and 11:30 AM Eastern Time (US) with overall work timings 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST.

Strong skills in data presentation, dashboard development, and root cause analysis related to privileged access monitoring.
