About This Role
- Drive sales and manage receivables for the assigned region through customer and distributor visits.
- Develop and present sales forecasts and strategic sales plans to increase company share at key accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for product trials, troubleshooting, brand promotion, and contract implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development in tooling, metalworking, or manufacturing within the Engineering Industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including Forming, Scraping, Piercing, Shearing, Turning, Milling, Drilling, Reaming, and Threading.
- Fair understanding of Tungsten carbide and its applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in identifying customer productivity challenges and recommending appropriate tooling solutions to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Capable of conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training effectively.
- Operates well at multiple customer organization levels, building strong stakeholder relationships and collaborating across projects and support teams.
