About This Role
- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the factory including attendance, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and engagement.
- Maintain daily HR presence on shop floor to monitor workforce discipline, resolve issues, and coordinate with supervisors and management.
- Handle statutory compliance, safety support, training coordination, HR documentation, and reporting for factory workforce.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years experience in HR Operations or Factory/Plant/Shop-Floor HR.
- Experience with factory or manufacturing environment and blue-collar workforce preferred.
- Knowledge of attendance, payroll, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and basic labour compliance mandatory.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/payroll systems required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on operator comfortable working directly on factory/shop floor with blue-collar employees and supervisors.
- Experienced in balancing multiple HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and training.
- Able to work independently, coordinate across teams, and resolve employee and operational issues promptly.
