About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O SCM modules for manufacturing and warehousing clients.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications (FRD, FDD) for scalable supply chain solutions.
- Manage client communication, conduct workshops and training, and support all project phases including UAT and post-go-live.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience specifically in D365 F&O with a focus on Supply Chain Management modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience working with Indian manufacturing and warehousing clients and some exposure to European business processes.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and interfacing with multiple stakeholder groups including finance, production, and warehousing.
- Strong documentation and business analysis skills demonstrated through FRD and FDD creation.
- Familiarity with diverse supply chain environments, particularly Indian and European markets, indicating strategic versatility.
