Design, configure, and enhance business applications using OpenGov’s Government App Builder low-code/no-code platform.
Translate customer business processes into scalable, automated workflows, data models, and limited scripting solutions.
Provide embedded delivery support including troubleshooting, documentation, and collaborating with project teams to ensure timely, high-quality implementation.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience in low-code/no-code platforms or enterprise application configuration roles.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (entity relationships, normalization/denormalization, referential integrity).
Experience designing business workflows, approval automation, and light scripting using JavaScript or similar.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with security standards like OAuth 2.0 and JWT.

Experienced in government or public-sector workflows, especially in budgeting, grants management, procurement, or capital project management.
Strong technical problem solver with ability to translate complex business processes into structured application logic without heavy full-stack coding.
