Detect and prevent fraud, policy violations, and resolve merchant disputes by reviewing and verifying customer transactions.
Monitor complex account activity involving multiple transaction channels and products to research and reach resolution using various systems.
Conduct in-depth reviews of monetary and non-monetary transactions and resolve customer disputes, escalating issues to more experienced roles as needed.
Minimum Requirements
University degree in Business or related discipline.
0 to 1 year experience in chargebacks or cards operations.
Knowledge of Debit and Credit cards required.
Flexible working in Night shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Analytical and investigative approach to transaction and dispute resolution within banking/card operations.
Capable of working under direction with escalation to senior roles when necessary.
Familiarity with multiple transaction channels, products, and systems in a banking or financial services environment.
