Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in program management, operations, business transformation, or process improvement.
Experience with automation technologies (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and AI/Generative AI solution implementation.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL).
