Maintain and configure the BlackLine platform to ensure alignment with business needs and optimal performance.
Manage user access, data integrity, and compliance within BlackLine, including system settings, master data, workflows, and reporting.
Provide user support, training, and generate reports to track KPIs and reconciliation process efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of relevant experience including finance and BlackLine / SAP ECC / S4 HANA / MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of BlackLine administration and finance process accounting.
Experience required for a 12-18 month project role transitioning to operational team lead or senior analyst after completion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates expertise in BlackLine and SAP FI-CO with knowledge of end-to-end financial process lifecycles (O2C, P2P, R2R).
Experienced working with senior stakeholders across finance and control teams in a global business services environment.
Capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks, problem-solving, and adapting to changing business requirements with strong stakeholder management skills.
