Own development and execution of product roadmap focused on manufacturing and supply chain agility, factory planning optimization, and strategic decision inputs.
Translate business needs into technical product requirements and collaborate with software engineers to design scalable data systems.
Manage product lifecycle end-to-end, including requirements, algorithm/software development, testing, and pilot phases, while building cross-team consensus and managing stakeholder communications.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in quantitative field (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent).
4+ years experience developing software or business intelligence tools in a user-centric agile environment.
Experience or deep understanding of operations, supply chain, manufacturing, product management, systems engineering, or quality.
Proficiency in statistics, data science and/or AI/ML; preferred location Bangalore, India; travel up to 20%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in product management within operations, supply chain or manufacturing contexts, comfortable bridging technical and business domains.
Strong quantitative skills including SQL and Python usage to test hypotheses and analyze data independently.
Capable of influencing diverse stakeholder groups without escalation, with demonstrated ability to implement workflow changes and manage change management processes.
