About This Role
- Provide technical assistance and support for IT issues including hardware, software, and network problems via service desk channels.
- Manage and maintain hardware asset inventory across multiple regions; automate processes, generate reports, and implement ITIL best practices for service desk operations.
- Resolve complex IT challenges including LAN/WAN issues, access provisioning, and integration of new technologies while adhering to IT policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
- 3-4 years of progressive IT experience with strong hands-on technical support skills.
- Experience with Servers, Networks, Storage, MS SCCM, Active Directory, Office 365 (including Teams), Windows 10, Mac OSX, LAN/WAN, virtualization (Hyper V), and VoIP systems.
- Work Experience Required: 3-4 years of progressive IT experience.

- Comfortable interacting with both Business Unit staff and technical IT personnel, indicating strong communication skills across levels.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while working independently within SLA standards.
- Experienced in ITIL best practices and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
