Ensure successful service delivery and maintain contract and SLA compliance for global clients.
Prepare and produce accurate client service reports and manage data quality checks for client service projects.
Monitor project progress, escalate risks, and collaborate across business units to resolve client operational issues and promote client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in Custody & Accounting with strong knowledge of financial instruments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related business field.
Must be comfortable working night shifts to provide support during US market hours.
Very good working knowledge of Excel; strong English communication skills.
