Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, and JavaScript across frontend, backend, and database layers.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers; participate in Agile/Scrum processes, code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of hands-on industry experience in software development building enterprise-grade web applications with .NET Core and React.
Strong proficiency in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, React, JavaScript (ES6+), RESTful APIs, and SQL relational databases.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to work across full-stack layers including frontend, backend, and database with enterprise-grade applications.
Experienced with software design principles, technical decision-making, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
