Manage, secure, and scale network infrastructure across private cloud, physical data centers, and multi-cloud environments to ensure high reliability and performance.
Provision, configure, and tune Layer 2/3 networks including VLANs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and firewalls from vendors like Cisco, Meraki, Dell, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
Automate network operations and manage incident triage/resolution including high priority outages, while maintaining operational documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams including InfoSec.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of hands-on enterprise, data center, or cloud network operations experience with L2/L3 technologies and protocols such as Ethernet, VLAN, STP, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, routing, and switching.
Proficiency with network equipment from Cisco/Meraki, Dell, Juniper and Palo Alto firewalls, including security hardening and traffic analysis.
Experience with automation tools like Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and skilled in cloud networking components such as VPCs, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute, and Transit Gateways.
Strong Linux networking background and familiarity with Kubernetes/OpenStack networking and distributed storage connectivity.
Able to perform multi-level troubleshooting (physical, logical, cloud edge) in high-availability environments and maintain clear technical documentation.
