Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise service management solutions across multiple service domains (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) primarily on ServiceNow and OpsRamp platforms.
Own and manage product roadmaps, Agile DevOps squads, and managed service partners ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.
Drive large-scale platform integrations, automation initiatives, vendor management, and operational performance for assigned products, collaborating closely with CTO Enterprise Architecture and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
10 to 15 years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, ServiceNow platform engineering, or related technology domains in large complex organizations.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, development, administration, and ITSM/ITOM processes.
Experience managing Agile product teams, delivering technology projects/programs, and vendor/managed service provider relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with combined skills in product ownership, program management, and enterprise architecture in large-scale service management ecosystems.
