About This Role
- Design and implement distributed AI systems handling thousands of requests per hour focusing on reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish and lead engineering excellence through testing strategies, observability systems, and CI/CD pipelines to minimize production issues.
- Own technical roadmap for AI platform evolution and collaborate with ML engineers/researchers to productionize AI while maintaining system stability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience building and operating distributed systems in production.
- Proven track record improving system reliability to 99.9%+ uptime.
- Expertise in microservices, containerization (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.

- Experienced in production systems architecture with strong operational reliability focus, able to reduce incidents and improve system uptime.
- Capable of establishing engineering standards and scalable platforms influencing team engineering practices.
