Minimum Requirements
14+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native platforms in production.
Proven hands-on experience developing Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, and platform automation using Go and tools like Kubebuilder or Operator Framework.
Experience operating managed (EKS, AKS, GKE) and self-managed Kubernetes environments and supporting stateful services on Kubernetes.
Strong expertise with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Crossplane.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep technical leadership in Kubernetes platform infrastructure at scale, including ownership through deployment and production operations.
Proven ability to translate complex technical initiatives end-to-end across architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and operational support.
Operates at a senior engineering level with broad expertise in cloud-native systems, microservices, observability, and scalable distributed workloads.
