Provide guidance and support to quality assurance staff ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures, including escalation of scoring errors and resolution follow-up.
Review and score loan and documentation quality, conduct team calibrations, and make final scoring decisions on disputes impacting quality results.
Monitor and improve quality assurance programs by identifying gaps, conducting risk assessments, providing training and coaching, and collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen process quality and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of Quality Assurance support experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Experience or knowledge of loan documentation, commercial banking operations, and loan lifecycle is required.
Familiarity with banking systems such as Loan IQ/AFS or nCino reporting preferred.
Strong analytical, reporting, communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in quality assurance within lending operations or commercial banking environments with end-to-end loan lifecycle understanding.
Capable of interpreting legal and procedural documents independently and reviewing complex loan transactions accurately.
Able to lead quality calibration exercises, make final decisions on scoring disputes, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality and compliance processes.
