Define and implement AI solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models to create business value and innovation for commercial sales teams and customers.
Collaborate with Data Science leaders and cross-functional business partners to develop and deploy new data-driven innovations and AI solutions.
Manage stakeholder communications and present data insights and AI initiatives to senior management effectively.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in data science or AI solution development.
Proficiency in Python and PySpark programming, with experience in Azure services including Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Databricks, and containerization technologies like Docker and AKS.
Familiarity with NLP, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, vector databases, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and deploying/scaling these solutions in production environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing and optimizing AI and NLP solutions specifically using Azure cloud services and Databricks in commercial business contexts.
Strong ability to navigate complex, cross-organizational projects requiring deep technical expertise and stakeholder management at senior levels.
