Support PX Business Partners in rolling out initiatives and maintain data integrity to enable workforce analytics and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations with broad exposure across lifecycle functions.
Proficiency in generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for content creation and task automation.
Experience with modern HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional HR operations with capability to support lifecycle processes from communications to offboarding.
Technologically adept, specifically familiar with generative AI applications and HRIS-driven data management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including PX Business Partners for operational execution.
