Design, develop, optimize, and maintain enterprise-grade Qlik Sense applications and dashboards, including complex data models and automated ETL processes.
Lead and collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and external consultants to deliver scalable, business-focused analytics solutions, including Qlik to Power BI migration initiatives.
Manage Qlik Sense platform governance, licensing, security, upgrades, and establish development and deployment standards.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics with strong expertise in Qlik Sense architecture and development.
Working knowledge of Power BI for supporting hybrid analytics environments and migration projects.
Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data models, including CDS views and extractors.
Location requirement: Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in Bangalore, India; willing to travel up to 5%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering analytics solutions across multiple data sources including ERP, CRM, OT platforms, with deep understanding of Qlik Sense On-Premises and Qlik Cloud (SaaS).
Capable of leading vendor and systems integrator engagements and making architecture trade-offs with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Knowledgeable in data governance, metadata management, security controls, and able to align reporting across Qlik Sense and Power BI platforms.
