Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Lead end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter implementation, customization, and integration across PLM ecosystem for CAD (PTC Creo, CATIA) and ECAD (Siemens Xpedition).
Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter solutions including data models, workflows, Active Workspace customizations, and product lifecycle processes (EBOM, DBOM, MBOM, BOM alignment, variant/change management).
Architect and manage integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise or engineering systems using middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and microservices while ensuring performance, security, and upgrade readiness.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years experience in Siemens Teamcenter implementation, customization, and production support.
Hands-on expertise in Teamcenter ITK (C/C++), SOA, BMIDE, workflow handlers, and Active Workspace customization.
Experience with MCAD integrations (preferably Creo or CATIA) and ECAD integrations (preferably Siemens Xpedition).
Location requirement: Availability to work from Harman office in Bangalore or Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical leadership in enterprise-scale Teamcenter PLM solutions with deep understanding of architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Experience working on complex CAD/ECAD data management and product lifecycle processes including supplier quality and program management modules.
Proven ability to design and manage integrations using middleware platforms, APIs, and messaging systems in an enterprise IT environment.
