Lead and manage a team of 2 to 6 SAP IBP and CPI Solution Architects, including performance management and development planning.
Architect and implement SAP IBP solutions aligned with business requirements and the company’s digital strategy.
Collaborate with business units, IT partners, and external vendors to deliver SAP IBP projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of experience in SAP APO, SAP IBP, or similar planning solutions with senior analyst or solution architect background.
At least 2 full-cycle SAP IBP implementations with hands-on experience in Demand and Supply Planning.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
Availability to work from Harman office in Bangalore or Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SAP IBP module configuration (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply) and end-to-end planning processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver SAP transformation projects in fast-paced, global environments.
Strong collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams including external vendors.
