About This Role
- Oversee non-financial regulatory reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong control environment.
- Drive process improvements, manage control framework, and support audits, regulatory exams, and internal assurance.
- Coach junior team members and act as escalation point; collaborate with stakeholders for integrated reporting solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Operations, preferably in regulatory reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency with data automation/analytics tools such as Xceptor, Alteryx preferred; understanding of AI prompt development desirable.
- Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in transactional regulatory reporting with strong operational process and control knowledge.
- Capable of leading process improvements and managing complex reporting projects end-to-end.
- Comfortable coaching junior staff and collaborating across Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Product teams.
