Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Operations, preferably in regulatory reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proficiency with data automation/analytics tools such as Xceptor, Alteryx preferred; understanding of AI prompt development desirable.
Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in transactional regulatory reporting with strong operational process and control knowledge.
Capable of leading process improvements and managing complex reporting projects end-to-end.
Comfortable coaching junior staff and collaborating across Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Product teams.
