About This Role
- Design and engineer scalable, customer-centric software solutions with focus on automation, resilience, security, performance, and scalability.
- Define architecture models and roadmaps, lead solution design, and oversee engineering governance across platform software lifecycle.
- Collaborate with feature teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software rapidly, providing technical leadership for enterprise platforms and services.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in software design and engineering of scalable solutions with customer focus and internationalisation.
- Hands-on expertise in Java, microservices, AWS cloud technologies, and modern software design patterns.
- Experience in solution architecture, team management, end-to-end SDLC delivery, and test-driven development with automated testing frameworks.
- Location requirement: Must be based in India; workdays to be carried out in India.

- Senior-level engineer with deep experience in scalable enterprise platform design and software architecture.
- Proven ability to lead and influence engineering teams in a matrix organisation, driving technical strategy and engineering excellence.
- Strong technical leadership with a focus on combining architecture, hands-on coding, and rapid delivery within Agile/DevOps environments.
