Own the full lifecycle of software system development from inception through production maintenance for distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
Build, maintain, and optimize automated deployment, monitoring, and operational tools, ensuring system reliability and scalability aligned to user needs.
Support and improve CI/CD processes and provide primary operational support for test and production systems with focus on fault tolerance and performance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/training/work experience.
Minimum 2 years experience in systems administration, DevOps, SRE, or software development.
Experience with container orchestration tools (OpenShift, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar), and Linux or Windows OS.
Knowledge of source code control tools (Git, GitLab, GitHub, BitBucket) and ability to automate routine tasks and troubleshoot scalable distributed systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven operational ownership over end-to-end deployment and maintenance of distributed fault-tolerant systems in DevOps or SRE roles.
Hands-on expertise with automation and CI/CD tooling, container orchestration, and experience in managing scalable, highly available infrastructure.
Experience working collaboratively with development and release teams to balance feature delivery with system reliability and performance objectives.
