About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise Java applications with strong emphasis on clean, testable code.
- Drive architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and guide technical discussions for enterprise-scale software.
- Mentor and provide technical direction to engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development with strong expertise in Core Java, OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
- Proven experience in system design, architecture, and technical decision-making for enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience with JUnit, Git, REST APIs, and usage of AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader comfortable owning architecture and technical strategy for enterprise Java applications.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions effectively.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and modern software engineering practices in a cross-functional team environment.
