Support execution of data risk management activities to govern business processes, systems, and data assets across USCS.
Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate data risks partnering with Business, Technology, Risk, and Data Office teams.
Develop reporting and insights on data risk, controls, remediation, and governance objectives to strengthen the data control environment.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of experience in analytics, risk management, controls, technology, operations, or related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to detect trends, risks, and business impacts from data.
Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills across teams to manage dependencies and communicate risk impacts.
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years relevant experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or knowledge in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
Familiarity with data management concepts such as data quality, lineage, metadata, stewardship, and governance.
Technical skills with SQL, programming (Python, Java, Shell scripting), and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data ecosystems.
