About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable data engineering frameworks and patterns to support business needs.
- Drive innovation and build real-time data pipelines and cloud data platforms (Azure) ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Serve as a mentor and engineering leader, implementing CI/CD and DataOps practices while collaborating with stakeholders to align data strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 12 years experience in data engineering, preferably in Life Insurance domain.
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, SQL; experience with Azure SQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Databricks, Apache Kafka, Apache Flink.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 12 years in data engineering roles.

- Senior data engineering professional with extensive experience leading large-scale data architecture and transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms, real-time data pipelines, and data management frameworks in the insurance domain.
- Experienced in mentoring teams, driving adoption of DevOps/DataOps and engaging with business and IT stakeholders for strategic alignment.
