Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Extensive experience building and running AWS/public cloud based applications.
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle including automation and continuous delivery.
Experience with pipelines and DAGs for data or machine learning processing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven technical leadership in adopting AI-assisted software development tools and setting validation standards within teams.
In-depth knowledge of financial services IT systems and strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, containerized application development (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud services including AWS components like S3, EKS, SageMaker.
