About This Role
- Lead network engineering for enterprise data centre to AWS migration including design, testing, cutover, and stabilization phases.
- Translate on-premises Juniper and Cisco network architectures into AWS-native designs (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPNs).
- Troubleshoot complex routing (BGP, OSPF), connectivity, hybrid cloud links, and lead migration workstream with cross-team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise networking experience with strong hands-on Juniper and Cisco skills.
- 2–3+ years in a technical leadership role (Lead, Principal, Senior Architect level).
- Hands-on AWS networking experience including VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Site-to-Site VPN, security groups, and hybrid DNS.
- Experience with network automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Python scripting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior engineer comfortable leading technical migration discussions and decision-making across multiple stakeholder teams.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), network security, and hybrid connectivity design.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and rationalizing complex existing network configurations and translating them into cloud architectures.
