About This Role
- Develop and deliver production-quality software systems within a defined product or service scope, focusing on performance, resilience, extensibility, and security.
- Maintain operational health of owned components, including monitoring, incident response, and technical debt reduction to improve system stability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technically feasible tasks, ensuring predictable delivery cycles with low change failure rates and measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), and SQL (PostgreSQL).
- Experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, Elastic Beanstalk).
- Experience working in Agile cross-functional product development teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience delivering large complex global multi-tenant production systems across multiple components.
- Demonstrated ability in system design including SOLID principles, design patterns, API design, DDD, and event-driven architectures.
- Capable of providing technical mentorship, improving engineering practices, and collaborating closely with engineers and product stakeholders within a team environment.
