Subject Matter Expert - Professional Services

Lead client implementations by providing deep domain expertise in Solvency II reporting or Derivatives & Alternatives asset classes within Clearwater’s SaaS platform onboarding process.

Strategize with product management and development teams to enhance client onboarding experience, reduce delivery timeframes, and establish scalable processes.

Guide peers on industry knowledge, develop training materials and SOPs, and act as a trusted client advocate delivering clear solutions to project stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

7+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related domain.

Advanced knowledge and experience with investment accounting policies, Equities, Fixed Income, structured products, General Ledger systems, and project management tools (Clarizen, Salesforce, JIRA).

Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with excellent documentation and communication skills.

Experienced in financial markets involving derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and fixed income, with a strong understanding of investment accounting and period-end close processes.

Demonstrated leadership in project management, process improvement, and client onboarding within SaaS or financial services environments.

Strategic collaborator capable of influencing product and development teams to optimize operational efficiencies and client satisfaction.
