About This Role
- Lead client implementations by providing deep domain expertise in Solvency II reporting or Derivatives & Alternatives asset classes within Clearwater’s SaaS platform onboarding process.
- Strategize with product management and development teams to enhance client onboarding experience, reduce delivery timeframes, and establish scalable processes.
- Guide peers on industry knowledge, develop training materials and SOPs, and act as a trusted client advocate delivering clear solutions to project stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related domain.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with investment accounting policies, Equities, Fixed Income, structured products, General Ledger systems, and project management tools (Clarizen, Salesforce, JIRA).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial markets involving derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and fixed income, with a strong understanding of investment accounting and period-end close processes.
- Demonstrated leadership in project management, process improvement, and client onboarding within SaaS or financial services environments.
- Strategic collaborator capable of influencing product and development teams to optimize operational efficiencies and client satisfaction.
