Manage and support Microsoft Teams environments including Teams Meeting Rooms (MTRs) and Direct Routing via SBCs/vSBCs like AudioCodes and Ribbon.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise customers across large-scale global Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications deployments.
Operate with strong expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, QoS, VLANs, WAN) and manage related technologies such as Media Gateways and Session Border Controllers.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, SBCs, and MTRs.
3 years of Microsoft and Networking technical experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams and/or other UC technologies.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Microsoft Certifications relevant to Microsoft technologies required for this role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in executing large-scale, global Microsoft Teams deployments across multiple locations.
Strong networking background with in-depth understanding of WAN/LAN technologies and VoIP protocols.
