Provide Tier 2 support including administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
Perform Windows Server patching, vulnerability remediation, and operational support following ITIL-based processes.
Manage incident handling, root cause analysis, escalation, documentation, and coordination with Tier 1, Tier 3, and other infrastructure teams.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of experience, including 2–5 years specifically in Windows Server administration/support.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking basics.
Experience with server patching tools (ManageEngine Patch Manager, NinjaOne or equivalent) and ITSM/ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
Must have excellent English communication skills and be able to work onsite or hybrid in Pune with 24x7 rotational shifts; immediate joiners or max 15-day notice period only.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong practical troubleshooting skills with ability to independently resolve common Windows Server incidents within SLA constraints.
Experience working in structured IT operations environments following ITIL processes and change management.
Capable of collaborating across multiple infrastructure teams (Network, Database, Security, Application) and taking ownership of incidents through resolution or escalation.
