Own end-to-end delivery and operational management of IT infrastructure managed services across multiple technology domains including data center, network, cloud, and end-user computing.
Ensure SLA compliance, operational stability, financial performance, and continuous service improvement through monitoring, incident management, and service reviews.
Lead and mentor delivery teams, manage resources, handle customer escalations, and drive governance and automation initiatives for service excellence.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of IT infrastructure management experience with at least 5 years in infrastructure service delivery role.
Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure including server, network, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Hands-on experience with on-premises infrastructure and 3rd party hosted data center management.
Familiarity with ITIL service management, monitoring, automation tools, and managing SLA-driven services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling managed service contracts and service delivery in fast-paced environments, preferably with public sector client exposure.
Strong operational leadership with ability to manage multi-technology teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
Capable of driving transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, and continuous infrastructure modernization.
