About This Role
- Own end-to-end implementation of credit and lending products for new clients, including translating credit policies into technical configurations.
- Collaborate with client credit/risk teams and internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) to define underwriting criteria and ensure effective delivery.
- Monitor and optimize performance of launched credit products, and refine implementation playbooks and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in credit underwriting, credit operations, or credit product management.
- Strong exposure to retail and/or SME lending processes in banks, NBFCs, or fintechs.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in project management or credit tech implementation roles.
- Familiarity with decisioning systems, rule engines, and credit scoring models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in credit risk workflows and client-facing credit implementation as a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating across multiple internal and external teams.
- Has practical knowledge of BRE (Business Rule Engines), policy frameworks, and low-code/no-code platforms as a plus.
