Lead and grow an engineering team building AI-powered employee productivity products across web, mobile, and agentic interfaces at global scale.
Define engineering vision, architecture, roadmap, and measure success for an integrated employee productivity platform.
Own end-to-end delivery and operational health including reliability, security, AI trustworthiness, and cross-team partnerships with Product, HR, Security, and others.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years software engineering experience with 6+ years managing engineering teams.
Experience delivering consumer-grade web and/or native mobile products at enterprise scale.
Strong technical expertise including full-stack architecture, applied AI technologies (LLMs, agentic systems), cloud infrastructure, APIs, and production observability.
Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead engineering teams through complex AI-powered product development for employee experiences.
Experienced in building trustworthy AI systems with practices around safety, observability, access controls, and human oversight.
Track record of collaborating across multiple enterprise functions (Product, HR, Security, Privacy, SRE) to deliver impactful integrated platforms.
