Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform including Sales or Service modules to deliver scalable solutions.
Manage environment setup, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and enforce software quality practices including unit/integration testing and peer reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers while advising clients on platform optimization and release impacts.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical consulting or equivalent.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech/MTech) or MBA.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization using JavaScript, C#, .NET assemblies, REST/SOAP APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and integrations.
Proven skills in environment management, CI/CD pipelines, code quality enforcement, and technical documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM technical implementations including system integration and performance tuning.
Capable of working closely with functional consultants and data engineers for successful business outcomes.
Comfortable mentoring junior staff and contributing to internal best practices and reusable assets.
