About This Role
- Lead AI/ML delivery squad to design, develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning models addressing business requirements.
- Manage team assignments, mentor, and build scalable ML solutions while overseeing model performance and improvements post-deployment.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, run project governance calls, and ensure delivery commitments are met on time with risk mitigation and compliance adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree specialized in Technology with AI and ML certification.
- 6-10 years hands-on experience in developing and delivering AI/ML solutions.
- Strong proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages including Python, Java, or C/C++.
- Work location: Chennai, India; Employment type: Permanent, Office working.

- Proven experience leading AI/ML delivery teams in enterprise environments with responsibility for end-to-end project delivery and risk management.
- Skilled in applying advanced ML techniques (NLP, Computer Vision, deep learning) to large unstructured datasets with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, design, and infrastructure teams.
