Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade autonomous agent AI solutions using Java microservices and cloud-native architectures.
Build and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems leveraging LangChain and other frameworks with focus on safety, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
Contribute to end-to-end AI application development including logging, documentation, best practices, and improving agent architectures.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech/MTech), MCA, or MBA.
Advanced Python programming skills with async and API development experience, plus proficiency with vector databases, embedding models, and RAG pipelines.
Experience with modern software development tools and practices including Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing scalable, secure autonomous agent systems in cloud-native environments.
Strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and in handling large language models (LLMs) and their APIs.
Familiarity with AI safety principles, including hallucination mitigation and agent alignment, and skilled in knowledge retrieval and prompt engineering.
