Design and develop autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, and Autogen, focusing on robust agent performance and safety.
Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and implement monitoring and logging for agent behavior.
Create documentation and improve agent architectures to enable efficient knowledge retrieval and response generation.
Minimum Requirements
1 to 3+ years of relevant work experience in AI/ML or autonomous agent development.
Bachelor's degree in Technology (BE/BTech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Advanced Python programming skills including async programming and API development.
Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, testing).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with building and deploying autonomous agents using LangChain and similar frameworks in a production environment.
Familiarity with multiple LLM providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) and knowledge of agent safety, alignment, and hallucination resolution techniques.
Ability to work with modern AI development tools and frameworks, including containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and NLP techniques for semantic search and information retrieval.
