Provide Tier 2 support and administration for Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments including troubleshooting, patching, and maintenance.
Manage server health checks, incident management, and operational support in coordination with Tier 1, Tier 3, and other infrastructure teams.
Maintain documentation, participate in problem and change management, and ensure adherence to ITIL processes.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of experience in Windows Server administration/support.
Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, server patching, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Excellent communication skills in English mandatory.
Availability for 24x7 rotational shifts with a notice period of 15 days max or immediate joining.

Operates independently on common Windows Server incident resolution with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Experienced in structured IT operations environments with SLA-based support practices.
