Own resolution of escalated content-related requests impacting Scopus data such as missing content, metadata corrections, citation-link corrections, and retractions.
Serve as the key technical expert and escalation point for OpsBankII, Bulk Correction Portal, BACCS tools, ensuring accurate curation within SLA targets.
Improve curation processes and team capability through documentation, mentoring, and inter-team coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information science, publishing, data management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in content/data operations, scholarly publishing, or metadata curation.
Hands-on experience with OpsBankII/OBII, Bulk Correction Portal, BACCS, or similar citation-linking tools.
Strong knowledge of Scopus or similar bibliographic database structures and workflows for missing content, metadata correction, citation corrections, and retractions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex content curation escalations with cross-functional coordination involving technical and supply teams.
Expert in data curation tools and workflows with an attention to detail and ability to meet SLA-bound deliverables reliably.
