Senior Manager, Project Management

Lead and execute the global Order to Cash (O2C) transformation by defining and delivering a touchless, AI-enabled operating model.

Standardize and harmonize O2C processes globally and drive automation/AI adoption across key O2C steps including order validation, invoicing, revenue recognition, cash application, and collections.

Ensure compliance with SOX-ready automated controls and ASC 606 revenue requirements while preparing for global e-invoicing and tax mandates.

12+ years in finance operations, O2C, finance transformation, or advisory with at least 4 years leading global O2C or quote-to-cash transformation programs.

Proven experience implementing process automation in finance operations using RPA, AI, and agentic workflows with required governance.

Hands-on delivery experience with at least 3 full ERP, billing, or AR automation implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud).

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; solid understanding of SOX 404 controls and ASC 606 revenue recognition.

Experience in B2B SaaS subscription business models including multi-year, ramped, and usage-based billing.

Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align teams such as Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, Tax, IT, and Revenue Operations.

Demonstrated ability to operate between strategic vision and hands-on execution with focus on high-impact finance transformation outcomes.
