Lead cross-functional teams across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance to ensure integrated business planning and deliver superior market performance.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: In-depth experience in agri-business sector covering Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and product/asset management.
Strong enterprise business leadership including P&L management and financial acumen.
Knowledge of Syngenta products, competitor products, crop agronomy, and Indian agricultural market environment.
Ability to lead and influence in complex matrix and network organizational structures.
