About This Role
- Own and optimize architecture and operations of enterprise-scale storage and backup systems across on-premises and Microsoft Azure hybrid environments.
- Lead critical infrastructure programs, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and serve as primary escalation point for storage performance and reliability issues.
- Develop automation tooling (Python, PowerShell) and implement monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and data protection processes to ensure global service availability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on experience with enterprise storage, backup, or infrastructure platforms in production environments.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python and PowerShell.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure services and supporting business-critical systems including on-call participation.
- Work location is hybrid (onsite and remote) as per business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leader experienced in large-scale storage and backup architecture with strong operational troubleshooting skills.
- Experienced in automation-driven operational excellence and with cross-functional infrastructure project leadership.
- Depth in Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure, with knowledge in storage protocols, virtualization platforms, and infrastructure as code tools.
