About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of scalable supply chain and warehouse management systems for Walmart International.
- Ensure high quality, secure, and compliant software releases with on-schedule delivery meeting business and technical requirements.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering teams to improve sustainable engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field required.
- Minimum 5 years (with degree) or 7 years (without degree) in software engineering; 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- 12+ years of software development experience with technologies including Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, Kubernetes, Microservices, Kafka, Azure or other cloud.
- Experience working in Agile teams; knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building cloud-native, scalable, event-driven systems for supply chain or eCommerce domains.
- Comfortable with full software lifecycle ownership from architecture to testing and deployment in an enterprise environment.
- Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers within large, global tech organizations.
