Own architecture and detailed design of complex Real-time Payments (RTP) products/platforms across multiple markets, ensuring scalability, security, and observability.
Lead end-to-end delivery of critical software components and subsystems focusing on high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Provide hands-on technical execution, code quality leadership, and mentor senior engineers; influence architecture consistency and technical roadmap across RTP markets.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience with significant design and development of distributed systems at scale.
Strong hands-on expertise with microservices, event-driven architecture, and backend development (Java/Spring, React, Angular, Erlang).
Experience owning architecture and design for complex, business critical platforms; familiarity with cloud and containerized environments.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant software engineering roles; Payments or financial services experience is a strong plus.

Deep technical leadership ability to make architecture decisions balancing delivery speed and long-term reliability in a mission-critical payments environment.
